Websites that sell
Fast, mobile-first sites that show your best work, answer the questions customers really ask, and make the next step obvious.
Digital solutions for physical businesses
Don't settle for run-of-the-mill web solutions; there is a better option. Websites, booking and quote funnels, Google profile and reviews, and search that works for Google and AI tools, built around how your business actually runs. Built by a small business owner, for small business owners. You own it, with no bloated monthly platform fees.
What I do
Most local businesses don't need a flashy website. They need the right people to find them, trust them and get in touch easily. That's what I build.
Fast, mobile-first sites that show your best work, answer the questions customers really ask, and make the next step obvious.
Quote forms, class timetables, online booking and tap-to-call, set up so enquiries land in the right place and nothing slips through.
Your Google Business Profile tidied and linked up, and your real reviews brought onto your site where they do the selling for you.
Structured business data, service areas, FAQs and AI-crawler access, so Google, ChatGPT and Gemini understand who you are and where you work.
Logos redrawn as sharp, scalable files and a consistent look across your site, socials and signage.
Hosting, updates, new photos and reviews, and keeping forms working, so your site keeps earning long after launch.
Why not just use Mindbody or SimplyBook?
Off-the-shelf booking platforms are built to suit thousands of businesses at once. For a small local business that often means paying every month for features you don't use, while the things you do need don't quite fit.
Big platforms suit some businesses, and I'll tell you honestly if that's you. For many small studios, trades and local venues, a setup built for them often costs less and works better.
Booking & Members System
For studios, gyms and class-based businesses: a booking and members system you own, as an alternative to platforms like Mindbody or SimplyBook. It's not a mock-up. It's the system I built to replace SimplyBook at my own studio, and it runs Electrohiit's bookings today.
Take payment online when people book, through Stripe Checkout.
Electrohiit's system already handles one-off payments and monthly subscriptions through Stripe Checkout. Deposits are set up per business, if you need them.
Every setup is scoped to how your business runs, so features are agreed with you rather than bolted on.
How it works
No jargon and no endless meetings. You keep running your business while I do the building.
A short call about your business, your customers and where enquiries come from today.
I map the journey from first search to booked job, and agree a clear scope and price with you.
You get a live preview link early, so you can see it on your phone and tweak it before launch.
We go live on your domain, connect Google and your forms, and I stay on hand for updates.
Case studies
Three projects close to home: a Kent building firm, my own fitness studio, and a family-run embroidery shop.

A Kent building firm based around Greenhithe and Dartford, with great work and great reviews that deserved a proper home online. The brief: make it easy for the right customers to find them, trust them and ask for a quote.

Electrohiit is my own small-group fitness and personal training studio at 17 The Row, New Ash Green. It's a real business where I see first-hand what helps people book, because every booking and every empty slot shows up in my own diary.

A Kent embroidery and crochet brand selling personalised clothing, baby knits, custom towels and Moses baskets, currently taking orders by Instagram DM. The brief: an online shop that handles personalisation properly and is ready for card payments.

Business back office & client portal
Everything I make is a set of building blocks that fit together. Start with one and add the rest as you grow. Here's what's live, what's in progress, and what's built to order.
Enquiry and quote capture, tap-to-call and follow-up, so leads don't go cold.
Timetable, bookings, memberships and payments. See the booking system →
Products, personalisation, basket and Stripe checkout. See the example →
Staff and rotas, check-ins, photo and job uploads, customer records and an enquiries pipeline from new lead to won job.
Your clients log in to follow their job: progress photos, documents and quotes, and messages in one place. For example, a builder posting daily progress photos for the homeowner.
Back office and client portal are designed and built for each business. They aren't an off-the-shelf product running elsewhere yet.
Why me
I run my own studio and have spent years on the business and operations side. I know what a missed call, a quiet week or a no-show really costs. Your work is built to a standard, and your online presence should be too: digital that complements the physical business, not a template that lets it down.
"Let your online presence be held to the same standards as your physical product."
Every page starts with one question: what should this customer do next, and how do we make that easy?
You deal with me directly, from first chat to launch and beyond. No account managers, no hand-offs.
Set up for Google, Maps and AI assistants, not just a pretty homepage.
Based in Kent and easy to reach when you need a change, a new photo up or a question answered.
Pricing approach
No one-size-fits-all price list. After a short chat you get a clear, fixed quote before any work starts, with no surprises.
A sharp, mobile-first site to get you found and get the phone ringing.
The full system, built to turn searches into enquiries and booked jobs.
Your own booking and members system, as an alternative to monthly booking platforms.
A back office and client portal built around how your business works.
Keep it fresh, fast and working, without lifting a finger.
FAQ
No. The website is one piece. I look at how customers find you, how they get in touch and what happens next, then build the website, enquiry or booking flow, Google profile and reviews setup to match.
Every business is different, so there are no fixed prices. Packages are scoped after a short chat. Get in touch and you'll get a clear price before any work starts.
They're capable platforms, but they're built for everyone. For many small businesses that often means monthly fees for features you never use and booking pages that don't fit how you work. I build a site and booking or enquiry setup you own, around how you actually run, often with lower running costs. If a big platform genuinely suits you better, I'll say so.
Yes, as a Stripe add-on. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account. Stripe's standard fees apply and are paid to Stripe, and I don't take a cut of your takings.
It's real. I built it for my own studio, Electrohiit, to replace SimplyBook, and it runs the timetable, PT bookings, memberships, member accounts and staff back office there today.
Yes, built to order. A back office can cover staff and rotas, check-ins, job and photo uploads, customer records and an enquiries pipeline. A client portal lets your customers log in to see progress photos, documents, quotes and messages. These are designed for each business rather than an off-the-shelf product.
Yes. I can point your existing domain at a new site, or improve what you already have if it's worth keeping.
More people now ask tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI answers for local recommendations. I structure your site and business details so those tools can read and understand them, alongside normal Google search.
Yes. You get a private preview link early on, so you can check it on your phone and ask for changes before launch.
I'm based in Kent and work with businesses across Kent and the South East, and remotely further afield.
